How Much Wood Can A Woodchuck Chuck?

UGHHHH!!  I am mad at all you experienced mothers out there.  Mad, mad, mad.  You have let me down in a major way.  Why did no one tell me that my baby was going to turn into a beaver?Maybe my child is the only one with a wood fetish?  Mia has chewed her beautiful crib to bits.  I noticed a few chew marks and honestly didn't think too much about it because it was just a few here and there.  Then Dave told me yesterday that she had chewed the heck out of the crib. I looked and didn't think much of it.  Until I put little Miss Woodchuck to bed and noticed the far left of her crib seriously looks like a termite got a hold of it.  I guess when I thought she was quietly resting she was really building a dam.  So you new mothers out there here is your warning.  Buy a cover from Amazon.com.  I just bought mine and it's probably too late.  It's worth the $18.00.  So when teething starts remember that I warned you.  I was going to post a picture but I'm too mad.  I don't want to look at that horrible mess.  I'm surprised she doesn't have splinters in her gums.

It's hard to stay mad at this cute face!

This is the perfect shot of her destructive tools aka, teeth.

that has got to be the best picture! Neither of my kids chewed there cribs. But they both were teeth grinders when they were teething and that is the most horrible noise ever!

That is the funniest and scariest thing I've ever heard! So who's destroyed more, Roxy or Mia? Sorry if I spelled Roxy's name wrong. I have to tell you Brinley's latest thing. She likes to suck on her fist and lately she's trying for both fist at once. She's an overachiever.

She must get that from the Rasmussen's side. None of my babies cut their teeth like beavers...

Hopefully our cribs don't have lead paint sealed over the wood! :) Because Tay went to town one night also. I bet Mia's molars are coming through the bone

That stinks! My girls weren't biters. Elodie atleast. Addysen hasn't cut her first tooth yet. My girls are late bloomers. Elodie didn't get her first tooth until she was 13 months.

Anyway, I'm sorry about your crib. It stinks when your kids do stuff like that. Get use to it now and a fair warning..keep pens, pencils, markers out of reach until the age of 10!! We are still trying to teach ELodie that pens only go on paper!

She is a cutie though!!
